It's very important to me that I hold myself accountable in offering ethical, fairtrade, positive impact pieces and products. Honoring the energy and vibration of each piece. Therefore, I try my hardest to source all of my supplies from companies and people, that honor the welfare of people and the earth.
Each piece that I make or sell needs to hold a clean energy and give back in some way. I hold a deep respect for integrity and transparency.
Over the last few years, I now have a small group of suppliers that I buy my supplies and products from and trust their standards, sustainability and intentions.
Recognizing that everything holds a vibration and energy, my intention is to make sure that anything you purchase from me is infusing only positive energy
Sourcing
Crystal Beads & Findings are from a family business in Minnesota, who source out and oversee every part from selecting the crystals, through cutting and polishing to quality control of each bead.
All crystals are ethically sourced and adhere to ethical standards of manufacturing.
There beads are all produced by fairly paid workers in safe conditions.
Mala Tassels are made from cotton thread and handmade by myself.
Essential Oils are sourced from a micro - owned family business in Washington, all essential oils are food-grade from organic certified distillers, they are very high quality and high vibration.
Packaging for all of my essential oil bottles and sprays I use a family based cosmetic packaging company in China to source my bamboo containers, all of which are handmade by themselves sourcing local bamboo, making them sustainable, eco-friendly and recyclable.

Shipping
All products will be lovingly cleansed and charged with Reiki, infusing them with frequency, light and harmonious energy before being carefully wrapped and packed for shipping by United States Postal Service along with tracking number. Processing times may vary between 2-4 days. However, I aim to process within 2 days. I also offer free local delivery or pickup if you are in or around the Fulshear Texas area, which you can choose at checkout when you get to the shipping section. If any items are made to order, these can take a little longer. Custom orders may take longer but this will be discussed at time of order and before any payment.
Returns
If for any reason your product needs to be returned returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is in perfect condition and returned with all original packaging.
If you would like to return a product, please email hellosacredalchemy@outlook.com for information on where to send the return. Refunds will then be processed minus the cost of original postage; unfortunately return postage costs cannot be reimbursed.
In regard to jewelry, please bear in mind that crystal beads, wood and seed beads are very delicate materials, and care must be taken to prevent damage. Therefore, I recommend keeping them dry, cleansing them regularly and taking care when handling and wearing them.
Please note that I do use a very strong cord with the bracelets, but that the cord can stretch over time if care is not taken. This is not considered a fault but natural wear and tear that can be minimized by not pulling or tugging on the mala. Rolling the bracelets on and off is the preferred handling way.
Should any accidental damage occur to your jewelry I can re-string or repair it for a fee, just get in contact to discuss pricing etc.
